Immersive audiovisual pieces in the Isla de la Cerámica Center

The production and installation of immersive audiovisual content has been promoted for the future museographic tour of the Isla de la Cerámica Center, a project that brings together art, history and technology to offer a sensory, educational and accessible experience.

 

What has been created

  • Virtual reality pieces and 360º projections that will be integrated into the center’s exhibition rooms:
    • The Two Queens · 360º VR about the historical figures linked to Talavera.
    • The Battle of Talavera · Immersive recreation of a key episode in the city’s history.
    • History of the Hydroelectric Power Plant · VR experience on the old “Virgen del Pilar” with interactive tactile content.
    • The Ceramics Process · High-resolution production showing the techniques and stages of the craft.
    • The Potter’s Hands · Visual narrative of the skill and mastery of local workshops.
    • Ecosystem of the Tajo River · Documentary on fauna, flora and biodiversity with natural soundscapes.

 

Technology and accessibility

  • 4K Ultra HD and 360º content, surround sound and subtitles (Spanish and English).
  • Accessible adaptations for all audiences.
  • Viewing through virtual reality headsets (Meta Quest 3S) and interactive screens in the exhibition rooms.

The Isla de la Cerámica Center has become a cultural and technological landmark, showcasing to the world the art, history and nature of Talavera de la Reina from a modern, immersive and emotional perspective.
