Route 05: Historic Villa de Saucedo and Cabañuelas
Peri-urban route
A route focused on two of the main examples of the historical heritage near Talavera de la Reina. It begins at the Tourist Office, crossing the Patrocinio district via the new cycle-tourism street that connects to Talavera la Nueva, and continues on to the Roman Villa of Caucedo, located in Talavera la Nueva, where historical remains from the Roman period can be seen.
An optional out-and-back extension to the Cabañuelas area is included.
