The Councilor for Tourism, Gelen Delgado, has reported that, in order to improve the organization, the City Council of Talavera de la Reina has proceeded to modify the planned route for the Parade of Charles V, to be held this coming Saturday, October 18, at 17:00 hours.
The new itinerary will have the same starting and finishing point but will go through the following streets: Basílica del Prado, Arcos del Prado, Paseo de Arqueros, Prado Street, Plaza Trinidad, San Francisco Street, Corredera del Cristo, Palenque Street and Plaza del Pan.
Delgado emphasized that this modification aims to guarantee “the correct development of the parade and facilitate its organization, offering the best experience for participants and the public”.
The mayor thanked the understanding and collaboration of the citizens, as well as all the people and groups involved, and invited them to enjoy “this new event, which highlights the history and heritage of Talavera de la Reina”.
